'Life's Simple 7 point plant to a healthy life'


According to American Heart Association adhering to at least six of the 'Life's Simple 7' list of lifestyle choices can reduce the overall risk of cancer by 51 per cent. The choices include being physically active, keeping a healthy weight, eating a healthy diet, maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, keeping blood pressure down, regulating blood sugar levels and not smoking.
